OEM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We believe that in order to facilitate a better product, it is always good to have the following information ready for us:

1. Detailed drawing of concept/idea- If only a simple drawing is available, then a detailed description is necessary.

2. Target cost- A target price is helpful in determining what types of materials we will use, along with what type of marketplace it is for….upscale, or mass market. (This helps us in determining many factors, from the production capacity, to the packaging needs)

3. Estimated Quantity- This helps in determining the best costs of raw meterials needed for a given quantity.

4. Lead time- How much time do we have for product development, testing, customer approval, production, and delivery to your warehouse.

5. Quality Standards- Please advise your quality requirements for the product. (For example, ASTM, EN 71) for your country. In addition, please advise any other requirements you may have.
